JCCM was set up by Jane Cowmeadow on 2001 and has historically worked with Olympic sport athletes - Athletics, Track Cycling, Taekwondo, Gymnastics and Winter sports. The agency was set up after Jane worked at the London Marathon for 5 years and in the early years managed Daley Thompson, Kelly Holmes and track athletes Andy and Allen Graffin. With a strong grounding in public relations JCCM offers client a 360 approach to brand development, management of media as well as commercial sponsorship.

A purposely small boutique style agency JCCM has maintained a very hands on approach to management and seeks to deliver a seamless experience for athletes that is rooted in excellence. Since 2008 Suzi Brice has been an integral member of the JCCM team working closely with our clients.

The agency has a select group of athletes at any one time and takes enormous pride in the success of clients - and works closely with their coaches and performance team to ensure that the commercial aspects never cross the line when it comes to training. We view our role as a partnership and all decisions are made collectively and opportunities explored in line with the overall brand aspirations of the individual.

Since 2009 JCCM has worked with Dame Jessica Ennis-Hill, Olympic and 3 x World Champion heptathlete, exclusively off the track on all aspects of her commercial sponsorships, brand and media.   Jess is fun loving and witty and is a busy mum to her two children, Reggie and Liv.

Our current clients also include - Daley Thompson - double Olympic decathlon Champion and all round superstar, Bianca Cook (nee Walkden) the most successful female taekwondo fighter ever with 3 consecutive World titles and ball of energy and Niamh Emerson a hugely talented up and coming heptathlete who lives life to the full.
